Instead of sharing meaningful information, he spent the entire time complaining about his own country and going on endless political rants — absolutely inappropriate for a tour I paid for. I specifically booked a tour in Portuguese, yet the guide insisted on speaking almost only in Spanish, ignoring the group’s requests.
